CreaTourES project final report
The CreaTourES project final report “New Experiential and Sustainable routes: the results of Creatures Project” has a double purpose: tell the story and the final results and output developed of CREATURES project and give information to all the stakeholders are interested to join in future in the “CREATURES project reality”, also inspiring new future projects and networks).
After the presentation of the project in general and the partners, the Final report focuses on the main results of the CREATURES project and the CreaTourES routes developed by each partner.
The main results achieved with the implementation of the project include reports and documents, functional to the definition and knowledge of the contexts of intervention, to the reporting of best practices, to the development of policies and recommendations useful for enhancing and promoting the opportunities for alternative, cultural and sustainable.
Accordingly, there are 4 sub-sections, namely:
- Report and publications so the “State of the Art and SWOT analysis”, the “Good practices e-catalogue”, the “Joint Preparatory Report”, the “Local Action Plans”, and the “Policy Recommendations”
- Joint Acceleration programme, aimed to speed up the development of innovative business ideas into viable business projects for both start-ups and existing companies in the CCIs sector in six countries involved in the project (Italy, Slovenia, Greece, Croatia, Albania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina)
- Digital tools, so the CREATURES portal, the app for a mobile use, and the multimedia products, that represent on of the main and most significant project outputs, especially as regards its concrete effects on the tourist target
- Targets reached by the project, in particular SMEs, Lucal, Regional, and National Authorities, Business Support organizations, and general public.
Then, the report goes on with the description of the CreaTourES routes, 14 new creative, sustainable and experiential tourism routes with more than 3.000 point of interests, designed by the project partners and included in their Local Action Plans, aiming to establish new connections for less visited places, and providing a response to centralization and overcrowding
